Organic mustard greens braised in a sauce of soy, mustard, and honey. Cornichons, a pinch of cinnamon, and some Cayenne pepper. Feel like a foodie! Accompanied by Patianna Vineyards Fairbairn Ranch 2005 Mendocino Syrah (biodynamic whatever the he^* that means). Cooked while listening to thesixtyone.com.
